WCW Annual Conference is a technology and academic knowledge transfer conference which rotates around in western Canada, at every major city, once in every four years. In 2013, it will be held in City of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is targeted for water and wastewater engineering professionals and consultants, constructions professionals and contractors, government regulators, academia, municipal and industrial water and waste water operators including oil and gas sectors, and materials suppliers and manufacturers.
