The AOWMA is holding a site evaluation and design day in Gibbons, AB on August 26, 2021, to begin the development of plans for an LFH At-Grade demonstration, which will take place on September 16, 2021.

Participants to the Site Evaluation and Design Day will work through the soil and site evaluation required to design an onsite wastewater system.  The site will be evaluated to ensure that it meets the Standard of Practice requirements for an LFH At-Grade, which is the owner’s preferred system.

The system design will be developed during the afternoon of the field day pending verification of the soil texture from the lab.

If you have never assessed a site for an onsite wastewater system or want to hone your skills, this workshop is for you.  If you have never designed an LFH At-Grade system, join us for the workshop and then plan to attend the installation day a few weeks later.
